Kim loves to work with people of all ages, including children, adults, and older adults. She is experienced in helping clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and many other challenges. She has decades of experience working with diverse populations, and has a keen awareness of how difficult life can be at times. She feels that most people can benefit from a non-judgmental safe space to share and be supported. Kim believes that the client knows themselves the best and is the author of their life. She is here to make suggestions, share her clinical expertise, and offer encouragement and feedback.
Kim likes to find out what the client wants out of therapy and how she can help them get there. She has a particular interest in older adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, health problems, grief, or a lack of motivation. She also enjoys working with children and teens who need help navigating a world that can be hard.
Kim believes that everyone is capable of change and growth and that it is never too late or too early to have a happy life. Kim welcomes the chance to discuss her treatment philosophy and experience with potential clients to determine if she may be a good fit.
