COUNSELING
Since 2011, Enliven Resources, LLC DBA Enliven Health & Wellness, LLC has offered counseling support to the Greater Central Ohio region individual, couples, and family counseling for clients of all ages but predominately 18 or older. Our team has expertise in the treatment of many concerns, such as anxiety, depression, AD/HD, stress management, transitions, loss, PTSD, chronic illness, substance abuse, and gender/sexual identity, among many more.
Our therapist team is skilled in an array of evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and other eclectic evidence-based approaches, among others.
Enliven Health & Wellness counseling services can be an adjunct to other in-house supports such as medication management, nutritional services and/or wellness programs (yoga, meditation, etc).
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Offered by our highly skilled certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and physician assistant, Enliven Health & Wellness, LLC can provide management of psychiatric medication (except for stimulants, benzodiazepines, and suboxone).
Our psychiatric nurse practitioner strives to provide outstanding collaboration of care by staying in contact with your other mental health and medical providers. Enliven Health & Wellness’s multidisciplinary team prides itself on collaborating with your clinical care to maximize the achievement of your goals.
PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING
On a limited basis, the psychologist at Enliven Health & Wellness, LLC conducts psychological testing to assess for autism, depression, anxiety, or other concerns.
