Slow Flow

Slow flow yoga is a mixture of vinyasa and hatha yoga that involves holding poses for longer, making it a more meditative style of practice. It harnesses the breath and focuses in a relaxed and calming manner, taking several rounds of breath in each pose. This easeful approach creates space between poses and allows for a deeper connection to self. Meditation, readings and relaxation will be incorporated into every class with an invitation for students to take what they need and make the practice their own.


Urban Zen Integrative Therapy (UZIT)

UZIT or Urban Zen Integrative Therapy means Calm in the Chaos; this practice invites you to find R.E.L.I.E.F- a sense of inner peace and stillness amidst the frenzied energy of today’s world. 

Alissa teaches UZIT to encourage prioritizing self-care daily using practices of simply being. These sessions will offer opportunities to observe habitual patterns related to how you care for yourself and how you respond to the world around you. 

UZIT is a practice that utilizes specific relaxation techniques to support Rest, Ease, Levity as well as create space to Integrate, Energize and feel Focus.

UZIT explores Mindful Movements, Breath Awareness, Restorative Yoga Poses, Meditation, Reiki, and Essential Oils to support health and well-being. All are welcome. 

Mat, props and essential oils will be provided. 

Group classes are currently not available.
