Jenny Pitcher is a well-being professional with over 25 years of experience in the Health and Wellness
field. She is a Registered Dietitian, Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Podcast Co-Host and
Registered Yoga teacher. Her varied background and experience inform her practice and teaching,
allowing her to connect with her students on a deeper level and meet them where they are. She has
been a consistent practitioner of yoga since 2008, finishing her yoga teacher training in 2018. She will
typically fall back on her certifications in meditation and mindful eating to enrich the yoga class
experience and enjoys incorporating breath work, meditation and a connection to life off the mat into
her classes. Off the mat she can be found cooking up delicious food, hanging out with family and friends,
seeing live concerts or enjoying a good book.
