Gregory Ritter is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a
Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with a Master’s of Education in
Clinical Counseling from the University of Dayton.
For over 20 years Greg has spent his career working for several behavioral health and
government organizations specializing in the treatment of general mental health
disorders, addiction issues as well as acute psychiatric disorders. He has been in private
practice for nearly 10 years and very much enjoys working with patients and helping
them to achieve their goals and make difficult changes in their lives.
Greg has worked in the behavioral health field in both the direct care and administrative
capacity with a special focus at the administrative level on improving the design of
patient care systems and implementation of ongoing professional training and clinician
development.
He has been on staff at several Bachelor’s and Masters level behavioral health-focused
academic programs including Capital University and The University of Dayton. Greg
generally works with children, adolescents and adults and specializes in the treatment of
several disorders utilizing evidence-based and informed approaches. He possesses a
wealth of experience and clinical skills that allow him to work effectively and connect
with patients in a meaningful and therapeutic manner.
In Greg’s free time, he enjoys time with his family and dogs, traveling, watching English
Premier Soccer and painting. he is also a huge fan of Marvel and DC comics and enjoys
building custom Batman suits for collectors.
