Samara is a licensed social worker who uses a holistic, collaborative approach. She knows asking someone for help can feel like a huge and daunting task, and sees you first and foremost as a unique and whole person who is the expert on your own life. She likens therapy to meeting you on your path and walking alongside you to uncover your best life based on what matters to you, no matter how lost or overwhelmed you may feel right now. She uses her knowledge and skills with a compassionate lens to help you heal, enhance and grow your strengths, and ease areas of challenge. Samara has worked with people from many backgrounds in settings that include an inpatient hospital, community mental health, and private practice. She helps adults from a growth mindset perspective and mindfully tailors therapy to fit each person as an individual. Coming from a background in dance and the arts, she recognizes not everyone processes and heals in the same way. She is passionate about helping others heal the roots of struggle, engage and live fully in the present, and create a meaningful, fulfilling future.
