Jeff recently graduated from the University of Dayton as a LPC after 10 years in retail management. He utilizes a holistic approach, connecting mind, body, and spirit, with an emphasis on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Ecotherapy (nature-based practices). We are all made of many different parts that work to protect us. Jeff believes that every part plays an important role in our lives, and by getting to know these parts, we can find true healing.

Anyone is welcome. His clinical interests include working with folks in the LGBTQIA+, college aged and young professional communities. Jeff’s specialties’ include working with individuals experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout, , and those who feel disconnected from their body.

It is important that you feel connected to your therapist. Jeff has a calm demeanor that provides safety and space for you to feel exactly what you need to. Life can get heavy, so he likes to use humor (when appropriate) as a reminder that it’s okay to also laugh through the storm.

In his free time, he loves traveling with my partner, hiking, cherishing music, and relaxing with my dog, Lucy.
