Christine approaches her therapy practice with warmth and gratitude for the opportunity to walk alongside any person at a turning point in their lives. She is less diagnostically-driven, instead seeking to learn from the wisdom and meaning that hardship often brings. If you are an individual, Christine draws from your inherent strengths and strives to create a space in which you feel heard and able to commit to a life worth living. If you are a couple, Christine believes in the healing power of emotional connection informed by the human need to bond and connect with others.
She utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally-focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other mindfulness-based interventions. Christine is affirming of religious and non-religious spiritualities.
In her free time, she enjoys various forms of movement, spending time with her family, travel, and poetry.
Christine is supervised by Nicole Parente, LISW-S at Enliven.
