Everyone’s journey is unique and should be tailored specifically to them. Christina believes that therapy is a collaborative and holistic process—meaning that the mind and body work intimately together—while also ensuring that each client has a strong voice in shaping their therapeutic journey.

She has always had a strong desire to help people navigate and overcome the challenges they face, especially during transitions through different stages of life. Taking the initial step to seek support is a tremendous act of courage, and one that she is honored to be a part of. Christina helps individuals and couples live fulfilling lives by fostering strength, encouragement, and honesty.

Clients working with her can expect a mindfulness-based practice that focuses on the person as a whole—mind and body. Together, she and her clients explore the role of the nervous system and how experiences like anxiety, trauma, or relationship stress manifest physically. She works collaboratively to find tools for navigating challenges both within and beyond the therapy space.

Christina is passionate about creating space for clients to unpack the deeper internal monologues that often go unnoticed. She holds a special interest in working with women’s issues, anxiety, and trauma—struggles that are common and faced by many on a daily basis. She also enjoys helping individuals and couples work through challenges related to purity culture.

Understanding how anxiety and trauma show up in the body can be key to uncovering why certain patterns persist. Christina draws from various evidence-based therapy modalities to equip individuals and couples with the most effective tools for growth.

Outside of the office, she enjoys cheering on local sports teams, traveling, exploring food scenes both locally and abroad, or curling up with a good book.
