Justin Kerr is a licensed Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner trained to diagnose and treat a variety of different psychiatric disorders in adults. He draws upon his work experiences from inpatient care, outpatient mental health, substance use, and LGBTQ health to provide his clients compassionate care with a focus on collaboration. Though Justin’s primary treatment modality is medication management, he understands that psychiatric medications may be one part of a client’s path toward recovery and tries to take a holistic perspective in helping clients achieve their goals.
Due to state regulations, Justin is unable to prescribe stimulants (such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Concerta, Ritalin). Along with his clinical work, Justin also teaches graduate nursing students at The Ohio State University College of Nursing. Justin enjoys reading, meditating, exercising, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
