Problems present themselves in all of our lives, yet it can feel intimidating and difficult to reach out for help. Dana’s approach to therapy is a collaborative one, which positions you as the expert on your life and feelings, while using her skills and experience to help you explore and identify your strengths and abilities to help navigate life’s struggles. Dana has experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples of all kinds, and groups. Dana has a sincere passion for working with survivors of sexual abuse and other trauma.
Many of us have been challenged by low self esteem, loss, anxiety, trauma, depression, identity, or difficult life transitions at some point in our lives. These issues commonly result in struggles to communicate, relate, work, or create loving relationships with others. Together, Dana and you can overcome these barriers.
While trained in CBT, Trauma-focused-CBT, and EMDR, Dana uses a strengths-based lens to focus her work. We all want to be listened to, understood, and supported. It is Dana’s intention to offer you these things while working towards change, growth and a more fulfilling life.
