Brandon Schmidt is a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of Ohio (LPCC – still pending) and Michigan (LPC). Born in Toledo Ohio, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Toledo in 2005, and his Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Heidelberg College in 2008. Post-grad, he spent 5+ years as a Clinical Therapist and Supervisor for an organization focusing on family reunification following court separation. He has worked several years on and off again in private practice: with focus on teen/adolescent and family issues. Brandon has provided countless hours of mental health counseling services to people with moderate to severe mental health issues to all ages and backgrounds. More recently, he has spent 10 years+ as an Employee Assistance Program Specialist.
On a more personal level, Brandon is the proud parent of two girls whom much like their parents, love to dance. Music is the answer! He also lives to travel, collect vinyl albums, play guitar, and find the best food – He can tell you the best restaurants pretty much anywhere.”
