Hebeh is a licensed social worker with experience in supporting women and victims of domestic
violence. She is passionate about helping women find healing and empowerment through a
strengths-based, client-centered approach. Hebeh is dedicated to creating a safe and
compassionate space. She specializes in addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma,
utilizing culturally sensitive approaches that honor the diverse backgrounds of her clients. She is
fluent in both English and Arabic.
Hebeh employs a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Motivational Interviewing,
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients
navigate their challenges.
Hebeh believes in the power of resilience and desires to help individuals navigate their
challenges, build coping strategies, and find strength within themselves. Hebeh hopes to work
with her clients toward their personal growth and well-being.
In her free time, Hebeh enjoys spending time with her two children, family, and friends. She
