Kristina has enjoyed work with children, individuals and families for over 15 years in community based, in -home, and practice settings. Kristina is certified in NMT (Neurological Model of Therapeutics) which is focused on trauma’s impact on the brain and interventions to assist with client-specific healing. Kristina is certified in the NMT brain mapping technique. This technique uses a clients life story including traumas, intrauterine experiences, childhood experiences, educational experiences, environmental exposure to both positive and negative events, relational health and more to inform treatment and interventions. Fundamental to Kristina’s work with clients is the belief that everyone has their own unique strengths and insight into their own needs and ways of healing.
Meeting clients where they are in their struggles and working together on helping and healing is central to her practice. Kristina enjoys work with children, adolescents, families as well as those struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, dysregulation issues, attention and tracking struggles and over all life management matters. Kristina is passionate about working with clients and their families on their goals for wellness and healing.
