Angie is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor Designation. She has over 10 years of experience working with adults in community-based settings and in private practice.  She uses a holistic, trauma-informed, and strength-based approach. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Angie became a counselor because therapy has been and continues to be profoundly invaluable in her own journey from adversity to healing.  Life gets tough and change is inevitable. She strongly believes that everyone desires to be happy, content, and free of the mental and emotional barriers that continue to hold them hostage. People often need validation and empathy to fully heal. This is something that she provides to individuals as they continue their journey of self-awareness, growth, and healing.  She provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment to assist individuals in understanding how events in their lives shape them. She provides critical tools and skills that enable them to take the important steps necessary to achieve their goals. There is no single plan that works for everyone and she tailors sessions to meet the needs of her clients.

Angie provides telehealth services, evening, and weekend appointments. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going bowling, painting, and coloring.
