Erica Cook is an exercise physiologist, Certified Health and Well-being Coach, a Registered Yoga Teacher and has experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes. Erica began her personal yoga practice in 2016 and completed her yoga teacher training in 2022. Her personal journey guides her teaching style, incorporating compassion, kindness and connection into her classes. When not on her mat, you can find Erica walking her dogs, catching up with family and friends, baking or visiting one of the local metro parks with her husband.
