My approach to mindful experiences is one that supports looking within oneself with the goal of increasing overall well-being, on and off the mat. I lead a nurturing practice that explores specific themes while inviting each client to realize his or her own strengths within a safe supported environment. I offer simple practices that encourage a healthy balance between the sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous systems that will support feeling whole, healthy, and complete. I use mindfulness practices to examine and support our human experiences and to weave opportunities to welcome yourself as you are in each session. I am committed to the accessibility of and sharing of the benefits of mindfulness within the community.
