Sandy Pucket

Sandy believes our lives are a running, dynamic narrative and that we are repeating and honing the story of who we are and how we fit into this world constantly.

It isn’t always easy, to fit ourselves in. Tragic things happen; we become anxious, afraid, depressed, manic. Our narrative gets off on an unhealthy trajectory. We may need to look at the words we are using. Sometimes it helps to share our story with an unbiased observer and listener. To review, to see if we have a fallacy somewhere.

This unbiased review of core beliefs, past behaviors, present feelings, this possible rebuilding and reframing of a story needing “tweaked” is what goes into counseling. Listening to yourself, admitting when something isn’t working, paying attention to what you are paying attention to, rediscovering strengths and your special integrity.

Sandy sees herself as a collaborator and an editor. She has been a counselor for over 15 years. Sandy is a reader, animal lover, sometimes gardener, appreciative eater, lover of old things and of colorful well-worn well-humored people.
