Slow Flow
Slow flow yoga is a mixture of vinyasa and hatha yoga that involves holding poses for longer, making it a more meditative style of practice. It harnesses the breath and focuses in a relaxed and calming manner, taking several rounds of breath in each pose. This easeful approach creates space between poses and allows for a deeper connection to self. Meditation, readings and relaxation will be incorporated into every class with an invitation for students to take what they need and make the practice their own.
